Google Ads management

Google Ads, professionally managed, without becoming a marketer.

We build, manage, and measure your campaigns, and report on them every week in plain language.

How it works

You approve the plan and every ad before it runs.

1

We audit what you have

A free review and report of your site speed, SEO, and local listings provide insight on what could be costing you leads.

2

You approve the plan

Campaign structure, keywords, budget split, and every ad headline come to you for approval first. No campaign starts, and no ad copy runs, without your sign-off.

3

You link your account

You approve a manager link request from us. Your account, your billing, your data, and you can revoke access whenever you want.

4

We run it and report weekly

Our system monitors and tunes for performance daily. You get a weekly report in plain language, written to be read in two minutes.

What you get

Actively managed with transparency.

Most trades businesses either run ads themselves between jobs or hand them to an agency that checks in monthly. Both approaches share a weakness: search auctions move daily, and infrequent review lets wasted spend compound quietly.

You keep control of your account and advertising budget. We handle the day-to-day management and give you clear reporting focused on the numbers.

What's included

  • Daily monitoring (the system reviews performance every day)
  • Bid and budget adjustments, with your approval controls
  • Ad copy creation and testing: multiple headlines and descriptions, localized, that you approve before they run
  • Keyword research and expansion
  • Negative keyword management, ongoing and automated
  • Conversion tracking setup and optimization
  • Landing page and site recommendations, scored by our free audit
  • Weekly reporting

Questions

The things owners actually ask us.

Do I need to be a marketing expert or tech savvy to use this?

No, and you won't need to become one. Your side is three things: approve a link request from your Google Ads account, sign off on campaigns and ad copy before they run, and read a short weekly report. The campaign work happens on our side, directly through the Google Ads API. The one technical step is getting a tracking snippet onto your site, and we give you the exact code or work with whoever maintains it, then confirm it's firing before we trust a number. That same link is the whole permission model: no password changes hands, and you can revoke our access from your account settings at any time.

Are conversion tracking and call tracking included?

Yes, both are included. Conversion tracking is set up through a Google Tag Manager container that fires on the ways a trades lead comes in, and it is verified before relying on any of it.

Are leads exclusive to my business?

Yes. Your ads run on your own account and the leads are yours alone. We never share or resell leads.

Do I retain ownership of the Google Ads account?

Yes, completely. You own the account and your billing with Google. We manage it through our agency (manager) account, which you approve with a link request, and you can remove our access at any time. We are an independent provider and are not Google.

Are ads optimized toward qualified appointments rather than clicks?

Toward leads, not clicks. We optimize to your cost per lead (calls and form submissions) against a target we set from your economics. To push all the way to qualified appointments specifically, we need you to tell us which leads actually booked; when you share that outcome data, we optimize to it. Without it, we optimize to lead volume and cost per lead.

Can you use UTM tags in the campaigns?

Yes. We tag campaign URLs with UTMs, and your site preserves UTM and click-id parameters through to your booking link so the source of each booking is retained.

Do you have access to my Google Ads and Analytics accounts?

Google Ads: yes, through the manager link above. You keep ownership and can revoke anytime. Google Analytics: only if you choose to grant it; it's not required. Access is a single manager link you control and can remove anytime.

What's your CPL target or ROAS goal for home services in my market?

We set a target cost per lead from your own numbers (your average job value and budget) rather than quoting a one-size market figure, and we refine it as real data comes in. We don't guarantee a specific cost per lead or ROAS; advertising results depend on your market, your site, and how fast you respond to leads. What we commit to is optimizing toward the target we set together and being transparent about it every week.

Do you run Local Service Ads?

Not yet. Local Service Ads are on our roadmap and we'll fold them in for eligible trades once our Local Services account access is approved. Worth knowing when it arrives: Google's model shows several "Google Guaranteed" providers to the same customer, so LSA leads are not exclusive by Google's design, unlike your Search campaigns.
