If you're the owner doing the work, managing the crew, answering the phones, and handling the books all at once, we built this for you.

I already use software tools to help my business. Do I need this?

A software tool is only as good as the process behind it. Most owners buy a platform, set it up halfway, and still run things the old way. TradeBuilder HQ helps you actually use those tools effectively: building the system, constructing the workflow, and filling the gaps the platforms don't cover. We're not competing with your software. We're making it actually work for you.

What if I don't have time for this right now?

That's exactly why you need it. The reason you don't have time is because your business doesn't have the systems to run without you. We work with you where you are; we don't pile on, we remove friction. The goal is to get you more time back, not take what little you have.

Is there a setup fee?

We charge a one-time onboarding fee for new clients. This covers getting your books in order, setting up systems, and connecting everything. The exact amount depends on how much catch-up work is needed.

Do I need to already have QuickBooks?

No. If you don't have QuickBooks Online, we'll set it up as part of onboarding. If you already have it, we'll clean it up and take it from there.

Can I change packages later?

Yes. Most clients start with Getting Started and move to Leveling Up as they grow. We make that transition smooth and usually don't require a new onboarding period.

What does 'up to X users' mean?

It refers to the number of people in your business who need access to the operational systems we set up (QuickBooks, CRM, etc.). More users typically means more complexity to manage.

Do you work with all trades?

Yes. We work with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, handyman, roofing, painting, and more. The operational problems are consistent across the trades and many home service businesses too.

How quickly can you get started?

Once we do a discovery call, confirm fit, and the contract is executed; onboarding will get started right away and typically takes 1–2 weeks to have everything up and running.

Is this just another software tool?

No. Software is part of your system and setup is the starting point, we stay actively involved to keep your business running smoothly.
